These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Daggerheart.tools (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, and in particular by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Accounts

Some features require an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including any two-factor authentication methods you enable, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction in order to create an account. Accounts may be created directly or through an invitation, and you agree to use any invitation only as intended.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you agree not to:

1) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
2) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or our systems;
3) interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure, including through automated access, scraping, or circumvention of security measures such as captcha challenges;
4) upload or transmit malware, or any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited;
5) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

User Content and Image Uploads

You may be able to upload images or other content to Daggerheart.tools. You retain ownership of any rights you hold in the content you upload.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

1. you own the content or have the necessary rights, licences, permissions, and consents to upload and use it;
2. the content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, data protection, or other rights of any third party;
3. the content does not contain unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited material;
4. you are responsible for the content you upload and for any consequences of uploading it.

By uploading content, you grant Daggerheart.tools a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, resize, convert, display, and otherwise use the content only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the relevant site functionality.

Daggerheart.tools does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. However, we may remove, restrict, or disable access to any uploaded content if we believe it violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, creates legal risk, or may harm the site or its users.

Daggerheart.tools is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, or rights status of content uploaded by users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or may harm the Site or its users. You may stop using the Site at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daggerheart.tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Changes to These Terms
