Update: Print view for card holder

Small update, but I have updated the Quick card holder tool to have a nice view near the compact one. The nice “card view” for the hand shall resemble the original Domain Card designs.

Near the new design or visual option, there is a print function to let any user print out the cards (Initial designs use A4 letter format), and optionally, even the card backs can be printed. Currently, this tool is in beta and is expected to have glitches and issues, but slowly I will update it.
